Major predator event about to cast off

Competitors are busy gearing up for next week’s European Championships Predator Fishing, called the Predator Tour, which takes place in The Netherlands from May 30th to June 1st.

Anglers from across Europe are heading to Dordrecht (Biesbosch) where the event will take place and this year it is expected to welcome around 150 boats, which will compete for the title: European Predator Champion 2022.

The competition will focus on pike, zander and perch, with three fish per species need to be caught. Every centimetre counts as one point and the team with the most points wins the competition.

All this can be followed on the Predator Tour website (leader board) and/or the free Predator Tour web app.

In addition, the top 10 in the standings will have a marshal onboard who will report live from the team. Throughout the day, spectators will be kept informed via the live leader board and a live stream on Facebook.

On Wednesday evening (June 1st) there will be prizes for the top 20 plus the crowning of the European Predator Champion. The total prize package will be around €50,000.
