Sonik launches search for German sales expert

Tackle firm Sonik Sports, which includes the Nytro pole and feeder brand and Skeater predator name, is on the hunt for a regional sales manager to cover southern Germany as it seeks to develop its business further.
This field-based role, working from a home office, will cover responsibility for the territory from southern Germany up to Frankfurt am Main and is seen as an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a sales career in the tackle industry.
It may also suit someone already working in the trade, for example in a fishing tackle retail store, who is ready to take the next step.
The successful candidate will establish new accounts and service existing customers, meet individual and company sales targets, manage key accounts, identify customer needs and provide effective solutions, resent accurate and detailed product information and provide sales reports and territory analysis to their manager.
They will also need to deliver excellent customer service, including resolving issues promptly and professionally, work closely with the sales office and wider team and stay focused on goals, follow direction and work independently to achieve results.
Applicants should ideally live in the southern part of Germany and have a genuine passion for fishing and the angling industry, alongside a commercial mindset, enjoyment of selling and be proactive, self-driven and motivated by creating success.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are must as is professionalism, great organisation and the ability to manage a busy working environment.
Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word, a valid driving licence, willingness to travel and spend several days away from home when required as well as basic English are also requirements for the role.
