Unique lure will set your “pulz” racing

A new brand promising the first real innovation in lures for decades has been launched across the world.
Pulzbait has unveiled a series of unique motorised, rechargeable lures with interchangeable bodies or skins, which look set to take the tackle market by storm.
The lure’s patented movement engine is activated by a magnet before it is cast out and the lure itself can be jigged, fished under a float or even used as a conventional lure, adding even further movement.
While the engine is designed to be used with one of the supplied ultra-realistic 3D-scanned skins – available as perch, roach or trout in a range of colours and two sizes (15cm and 20cm) – it can also be placed in a deadbait.
This is a perfect way to inject movement into a bait in countries where livebaiting is no longer allowed, adding another option to an angler’s armoury.

Pulzbait is the latest brand launch from Nordic Fieldsport. While the company is a relative newcomer to the market, the team behind it have one of the best pedigrees in the industry.
The business is own and run by Henrik and Eric Svendsen with their father Lars – the man responsible for the hugely successful Svendsen Sport company and brands – as chairman. They are further supported by former Svendsen Sport export manager Michael Lund Pedersen.
Lars said: “The lures and the engineering have been under development for the past six years and we are really pleased to be able to finally bring to market what is the biggest innovation in lures for many, many years.”
With up to three hours of battery life, PulzBait keeps the lure in the strike zone longer while recharging is quick and easy thanks to the magnetic USB cable.
Michael added: “Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a serious sport angler, PulzBait delivers. It’s durable, reliable and built with the rugged Scandinavian craftsmanship Nordic Fieldsport is known for.
“Early testers are calling it a revolution – and the results speak for themselves: more strikes and bigger catches. PulzBait is not just a lure. It’s a system. A tool. A technological leap in predator fishing.”
