Emerger Strategies partners with Ecolytics to help brands

Emerger Strategies, the US-based sustainability solutions provider serving fishing and outdoor brands, announced a strategic partnership with Ecolytics, a sustainability data and impact management platform.
The partnership expands Emerger Strategies’ capabilities beyond consulting, enabling clients to implement measurable sustainability programs and pursue B Corp Certification using a dedicated technology platform.
The collaboration combines Emerger Strategies’ fishing tackle industry-specific expertise with Ecolytics’ data management and reporting tools, giving brands a practical way to manage sustainability requirements, certifications and reporting demands from retailers and stakeholders.
Emerger Strategies founder Rick Crwaford said: “Outdoor brands are under increasing pressure to provide credible sustainability data, but most don’t have the time or internal resources to manage it.
“This partnership allows us to offer not just guidance, but a complete solution – including B Corp certification support – that simplifies the process and reduces risk.”
Ecolytics’ platform enables companies to centralise environmental, social and governance data, track progress against recognised frameworks, and prepare documentation required for certifications such as B Corp. Emerger Strategies will guide clients through readiness assessments, gap analysis, data collection, and submission support.
Hazel Horvath, founder & CEO at Ecolytics, added: “Emerger Strategies understands the realities of the fishing and outdoor industries.
“By working together, we’re helping brands move beyond spreadsheets and disconnected tools toward a more structured, credible approach to sustainability and certification.”
Fishing and outdoor brands face growing pressure from regulators, retailers, and consumers to provide verified sustainability data, often without dedicated internal teams. This partnership gives brands a practical, scalable path to meet those expectations without adding internal headcount.
